Transformations care network: Advertising Campaign
Transformations Care Network is a growing network of in-person and online mental health facilities across America.
problems
- TCN is competing with youthful online therapy like Betterhelp.
- Very little budget to work with, but they needed a campaign that would work for any of their multiple locations
Solution
A raw, real awareness campaign that addresses human truths while utilizing only stock imagery. Launched in traditional broadcast areas as well as digital channels.
Campaign Strategy
Myths vs Facts
Many things keep people from getting the help they need. Often, those things are just in people’s head. This campaign, in a playful and unique way, illustrates and debunks them. We engage people with moments in life that are touching, funny, heartfelt, genuine, and always above all, human.

WOMAN:
Hi, I’m that voice in your head and I owe you an apology. I’m so negative. I mean you go “I think therapy would help me” and I immediately say, “Oh, it’s too expensive”. And you say, “but I think I’d feel better.” And I’m like, “yeah and what if you don’t?”. And you go, “no I think I’m gonna look into it”. And I say “yeah, first available, October 2027”. Anyways. I’m sorry, therapy would help. Columbia Mental Health has online and in-person appointments.  They take most insurance, and can really help you. Help isn’t what you think. I mean, what I think.
At Columbia Mental Health, help is strength.
